Note that you can't just open your Temporary Internet Files folder directly and find it due to the way Windows handles your Temporary Internet files but if it's still available, here's how you can get it back: Word Open another Word document sent to you as an attachment from an email. Quit Microsoft Excel, restart the mail system, and try again. I have read of some techniques where you can remove the word 'fax' from all the lines in a certain file but I am not sure about that one.
