Windows phone 7 child account

Thanks for your feedback. I can't agree to the most recent Terms of Use on my windows 7 phone because I have a "child account". However I am 19 and the problem is that it is linked to a parental account made 6 years ago for xbox live. No one knows the e-mail used on the parent account and I do not have access to a xbox. And once I do so, how can I promote my account to an adult account or completely disassociate my account from my parent account?

Whatever steps I need to follow to agree to the new terms of use. I love Microsoft and Windows and have been a big fan and supporter of their products.

If I can't fix this, I cant agree to the new terms of use. This seems like a very specific and particular question but please help me out. Basically if I cant fix this then I am going to be forced to abandon windows and move to another OS for phone and possibly other systems.. I wouldn't have a use for Microsoft surface if I cant access my windows ID, and I couldn't fully use windows 8 and I wouldn't be able to use a windows 8 phone which i was very excited about getting.

It shouldn't be my responsibility to do that when Microsoft is having issues linking xbox and windows accounts into a smooth running system.

Sorry for the long message I am frustrated that I cant talk to a real person and that in every previous concern of the same nature you gave half a response and no real answer or solution. I just want you guys to understand to me this is very big concern and if not fixed i don't know how i can continue using the chain of Microsoft products linked to my account. This thread is locked.
