We apologize for the inconvenience. The aforementioned email issue may have prevented a few associations from knowing of the East and West regional meetings held last week.

There remains two more meetings -- in the North and South -- this current week, and any association from another region is still welcome to attend either of those meetings. All information on that event, including the entry process, will be distributed in a separate email later this week. Registration will not be due until March 4th, and the tournament is scheduled to begin March 14th. There will be no weekend games, as the feedback from our membership was too split to further pursue that option.

The semifinals will be held early in the week of March 21st, and the finals will be held later in the week of March 28th. The venue has agreed to adjust the start times for the second game of each night to help accommodate spectator egress and ingress.

Further information, including ticket presales, will be distributed leading up to the event, and the adjusted game times are listed below. This process requires two parts: submitting the form provided in the link below, and providing a written medical release, as explained in the link below.

Rulings on each form will be made within 3 days following those deadlines. Any person interested in running for a VP position or wishing to nominate another individual for such a position should contact Ray Borkoski at rbork windstream.

The appointment of Dave Fryer to the position of Interim Commissioner required the Executive Committee to appoint a new Rules Interpreter to complete this season. Jim is certainly familiar with the league's rules, policies, and operations, and this role allows him to continue to serve the league in a lesser capacity.
